Family alleges racism of 11-year-old Black child tackled by police at California state fair

The family of an 11-year-old Black child is accusing California police of racism after the boy was tackled at a state fair. The family also expressed concern that he was forced to “sign a document” without any family members present. KCRA's Marciela De La Cruz reports.
