Palestinians describe rampage by Israeli settlers in occupied West Bank

Palestinians in the occupied West Bank woke up to the aftermath of a violent rampage by Israeli settlers who set cars and homes on fire, killing at least one person. The deadly rampage began after two Israeli brothers were shot and killed by a Palestinian gunman on Sunday morning.
