Suspect in custody after crashing semi-truck into Texas DPS office, killing one person

A suspect is in custody after crashing a semi-truck into a Texas Department of Public Safety office, killing one person and injuring 13. Officials say the crash was intentional after the suspect was denied his commercial driver's license.
