FAA Administrator says Boeing ‘failed’ but are rebuilding in ‘safer manner’

When asked whether Boeing was too big to fail, FAA Administrator Michael Whitaker told Lester Holt “they failed.” It comes as the struggling aerospace giant tries to reboot its production after a costly strike and shaken confidence after the blown door plug incident.
