Kamala Harris has won the New Hampshire contest, NBC News projects, and secured the state’s four Electoral College votes. In 2020, Biden won New Hampshire with 53% of the vote to Trump’s 45%. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire with 47.6% to Trump’s 47.2%.
