Harris is the first nominee in decades not to attend the event benefiting Catholic charities — despite pleas from some in her party to reconsider. Harris is campaigning in Wisconsin, making stops throughout the day in Milwaukee, La Crosse and Green Bay. Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban joined her on the trail.
