Like all of Le Creuset’s enameled cookware, this classic Dutch oven comes in food and drink-inspired colors, like red wine, olive, salmon and agave. Depending on what you make in it, you can serve up to eight people with this dishwasher-safe pot. It’s also oven safe up to 500 degrees and has two looped handles on the sides that are easy to grab, even with oven mitts, according to the brand. Plus, the pot’s large oval shape makes it easier to cook more oblong pieces of meat and poultry.
This shallow but wide braiser is a versatile piece of cookware, since it’s just deep enough to cook small portions of stews and braised meat, but you can also quickly cook grains and short pasta in it. It has a glass lid making it easy to monitor the progress of your food and it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees (without the lid) and 425 degrees with it. Like all of Le Creuset’s cast-iron cookware, the braiser also has great heat retention so you don’t have to worry about food being unevenly cooked.
I first got one of these mini round cocottes a few years ago. At first, I wasn’t sure what I’d actually use it for, but I soon realized that they make the perfect shape and size for making small breakfast and brunch dishes. I love cracking two eggs in them and baking them until just the whites are cooked — perfect for serving with toast. Aside from that, they’re also a fancy way of serving individual portions of soup, stew or souffle.
These mini square baking dishes are the ideal size for making small dessert portions of brownies or cake, rather than having to fully commit to an hours-long baking project that feeds dozens. This set includes the Small Baker, which is 5.75 x 6.5 inches, and the Large Baker which is 8.5 x 9.75 inches and great for making side dishes for 2 to 4 people. While it’s dishwasher and oven safe up to 500 degrees, it’s not suitable for cooking on a stovetop, according to the brand.
I’ll say this until the end of time: Every home cook needs a cast-iron skillet in their kitchen. They cook food quickly and evenly, give it the best texture and, when you take care of it, you have it for a lifetime. This one from Le Creuset has a traditional interior but has an enameled coating that’s available in several colors. It’s dishwasher- and oven-safe and has a small loop handle opposite the longer handle, making it easy to move between the oven and stove top.
